摘要
以实验为基础从理论上分析了影响蜜枣太阳能对流干燥特性的因素，探讨了难干物料密枣在间歇干燥时传热传质特性的规律。
The factors which influence the solar convective drying properties of candied date are discussed in theory based on experiment,the characteristic rules of heat transmission and mass transmission about candied date are analyzed when it is being dried with intermittent drying,and the corresponding drying mathematical model is set up.
