摘要
对山楂果化学成分进行研究，从中分离出６种化合物，经理化性质和光谱分析鉴定为：（１）槲皮素（ｑｕｅｒｃｅｔｉｎ）、（２）β谷甾醇（βｓｉｔｏｓｔｅｒｏｌ）、（３）胡萝卜苷（ｄａｕｃｏｓｔｅｒｏｌ）、（４）芦丁（ｒｕｔｉｎ）、（５）熊果酸（ｕｒｓｏｌｉｃａｃｉｄ）、（６）琥珀酸（ｓｕｃｃｉｎｉｃａｃｉｄ）．其中。
Six compounds have been isolated from the fruits of \%Crataegus sanguinea.\% Their structures were determined to be (1)quercetin,(2)\%\%sitosterol,(3)daucosterol,(4)rutin,(5)ursolic acid and(6) succinic acid on the basis of spectroscopic analysis and chemical evidence. Succinic acid was first isolated from the fruits of \%Crataegus sanguinea.\%\=
