摘要 在测试金属镍和聚四氟乙烯微粒(PTFE)复合镀层的X射线衍射图象、扫描电子显微镜图象及镀液的电导率值等基础上,对其复合电沉积的机理进行了探讨。 Composite coating is one of the most effective methods to produce composite materials. By codepositing metal and fluorine compound particles,we can obtain composite coatings with low coefficient of friction, nonstick characteristics,and selflubrication. Based on experiments of XRD, SEM and determining conductance of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) suspending liquid, the mechanism of the composite electrodeposition of metal nickle and PTFE was proposed. The effect of surfactant on PTFE particle was also discussed.\=
