导向充气喷动床流动特性研究──开孔方式及开孔率的影响

摘要 在92mm有机玻璃床反应器内,以绿豆为实验物料,以空气作流动介质,考察导向管下开孔时,开孔率对导向充气喷动床的床层压降、最小喷动速度、最大允许充气速度及颗粒在壁效应区的下移速度的影响,并与上开孔的结果相比较.结果表明:下开孔方式也能调节和控制颗粒在环形区的停留时间;当开孔率0<φ<1时,下开孔导向充气喷动床的床层压降和最小喷动速度小于上开孔时对应的值;而下开孔时的最大允许充气速度高于上开孔时的值;床层压降、最小喷动速度及最大允许充气速度的变化尤以开孔率φ=1/2时最明显.下开孔且开孔率φ=1/2时,床层操作压降小,所需的最小喷动速度也小,而最大允许充气速度最大。 In a draft tube spouted bed with aeration made of a plexiglass cylinder with inside diameter of 92 mm, and spotting punch taken in wall of draft tube, the effect of type (up or down) and percentage of spotting punch on bed pressure drop, minimum spouting velocity, maximum aerating velocity and particle down coming rate in the region of wall effect was investigated. In the apparatus green bean was used as experimental material and air as flow fluid. Results indicate that type of down spotting punch in wall of draft tube also can regulate and control the particle residence time in the annulus. When down spotting punch was taken and percentage of spotting punch was 1/2, bed operating pressure drop and minimum spouting velocity are less than that when up spotting punch was taken, but maximum allowable aerating velocity of former is more than that of later.\=
