摘要
合成了２个邻菲口罗啉衍生物：咪唑并［ｆ］邻菲口罗啉（ＩＰ）和２苯基咪唑并［ｆ］邻菲口罗啉（ＰＩＰ）．以上述物质作为新的配位剂，与四氯合钯（Ⅱ）酸钾反应制得新型钯抗肿瘤配合物，即二氯·咪唑并［ｆ］邻菲口罗啉合钯（Ⅱ）及二氯·苯基咪唑并［ｆ］邻菲口罗啉合钯（Ⅱ）．合成的钯配合物经红外光谱。
In this paper, two derivatives of 1,10phenanthroline: imidazo 1,10phenanthroline and 2phenylimidazo 1,10phenanthroline have been synthesized. As new ligands, the two compounds interact with K\-2PdCl\-4 to give new types of palladium anticancer complexes, that is Pd Cl\-2 and Pd Cl\-2. The abovementioned palladium complexes have been characterized by the elementary analysis, IR spectra and molar conductance.\=
