N,N-二丁基邻乙基苯胺合成的研究

Study on the Synthesis of N,N\|dibutyl\|\%o\%\|ethylaniline

以氯霉素生产过程中乙苯硝化的副产物邻硝基乙苯为原料，经铁酸法还原、相转移催化Ｎ烷基化反应合成了Ｎ，Ｎ二丁基邻乙基苯胺．考察反应时间、反应物配比、催化剂用量对芳胺Ｎ烷基化反应产物产率的影响．实验结果表明：回流时间１６ｈ，邻乙基苯胺与１溴丁烷摩尔比为１∶２４，催化剂用量１２ｇ，Ｎ，Ｎ二丁基邻乙基苯胺收率达４５８％．

N,N\|dibutyl\|\%o\%\|ethylaniline was synthesized by reduction and alkylation using by\|product of chloramphenicol as raw materials. The optimum reaction conditions of synthesis are as follows: (1)the molar ratio of \%o\%\|ethylaniline to \%n\%\|butyl bromide :12.4;\ (2)reaction time: 16 hours;\ (3)weigh of catalyst:1.2 gram. Under the condition, the yield of N,N\|dibutylaniline is 45.8%. The structure was determined by IR and \+1 H\|NMR.\=
