摘要
以氯霉素生产过程中乙苯硝化的副产物邻硝基乙苯为原料,经铁酸法还原、相转移催化N烷基化反应合成了N,N二丁基邻乙基苯胺.考察反应时间、反应物配比、催化剂用量对芳胺N烷基化反应产物产率的影响.实验结果表明:回流时间16h,邻乙基苯胺与1溴丁烷摩尔比为1∶24,催化剂用量12g,N,N二丁基邻乙基苯胺收率达458%.
N,N\|dibutyl\|\%o\%\|ethylaniline was synthesized by reduction and alkylation using by\|product of chloramphenicol as raw materials. The optimum reaction conditions of synthesis are as follows: (1)the molar ratio of \%o\%\|ethylaniline to \%n\%\|butyl bromide :12.4;\ (2)reaction time: 16 hours;\ (3)weigh of catalyst:1.2 gram. Under the condition, the yield of N,N\|dibutylaniline is 45.8%. The structure was determined by IR and \+1 H\|NMR.\=
