摘要
从合金的成分设计、制备技术和热处理工艺三方面综述了高强高导Cu-Cr-Zr合金的研究现状。适量稀土的加入能够提高合金的强度、硬度和软化温度。与常规熔炼工艺相比,快速凝固能大大提高合金的综合性能。时效前的冷变形能够促进第二相析出,显著提高合金的强化效果。该类合金将向多元微合金化方向发展,尚需解决的主要问题是Zr元素在非真空熔炼过程中的烧损。
The research prospects of alloy composition,preparation process and heat treatment process of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy were discussed.The strength,hardness and soften temperature improve,because the proper content of rare earth element is added.Compared with the ordinary melting process,the properties of the alloys could be enhanced through rapidly solidified technique.The deformation before aging could accelerate the precipitation of the second phase and the strengthening is enhanced.This kind of alloys would run to the multi-dimensional micro-alloy direction.The most important problem is to reduce the burning-loss of Zr in non-vacuum smelting.
