摘要
通过塔菲尔曲线的测量,研究了高密度电流(300 A/dm2)下镀层的耐蚀性。结果表明:采用高电流密度进行电镀,其电镀层的腐蚀电位随电流密度的增大而提高(最高可达-0.845 V),腐蚀速率降低,耐蚀性增强;并且分析了高电流密度对镀层微观形貌的影响。
The corrosion resistance of coating with high current density was studied by measuring the taffel curve.The influence of high current density on microcosmic appearance of the coating was analyzed.The results show that with the increase of current density,the corrosion potential(Error) of the coating increases and the corrosion rate reduces,the corrosion resistance increases.
