摘要
采用热浸渗技术,以Al为渗合金元素,在45钢表面形成铁铝金属间化合物浸渗层,采用SEM、EDS等方法研究了浸渗层形貌、化学成分及相组成特点,并研究了浸渗工艺参数对渗层厚度的影响。结果表明,改性层由沉积层与扩散层组成,主要构成物为FeAl、FeAl2和Fe2Al5,与基体结合良好;在750℃时,最佳浸渗工艺参数为浸渗3 min,热扩散2 h,可获得质量较好的浸渗层。
The Fe-Al intermetallic modified layer on 45 steel surface was prepared by hot-dip technology with pure Al.The morphology of the modified layer was observed by SEM,the chemical composition and phase composition was analyzed by EDS,and its combination strength was also measured.The results show that the modified layer consists of deposition layer and diffusion layer,and mainly contains FeAl,FeAl2 and Fe2Al5 phases.And it performs good combination between the modified layer and the matrix.The optimum technical parameter is diffusion for 2 h and hot-dip for 3 min.
