摘要
对螺杆钻具主轴的断裂部位进行了失效分析。对失效螺杆钻具主轴进行了理化检验、力学分析,通过金相组织观察、扫描电镜(SEM)测试等实验手段,结合钻杆的受力状态分析,推断出主轴的主要断裂原因是由于在服役条件期间复杂的受力状态以及钻井液腐蚀综合作用,最终导致钻杆腐蚀疲劳断裂。
The physical and chemical inspection and mechanical analysis of failed spindle of screw drill were carried out by OM,SEM and stress analysis of the drill pipe,the principal reasons for spindle failure were inferred.The results show that the combined effects of complex stress under working condition and the corrosion behaviour of drilling fluids eventually result in the corrosion fatigue failure of screw drill.
