70岁以上人群植入Array多焦点人工晶状体的远期疗效 被引量:4

Long-term curative effect of Array multifocal intraocular lens in patients elder than 70 years

摘要 目的 观察Array多焦点人工晶状体在70岁以上白内障患者中的远期疗效.方法 选择2004年2月至2005年12月在行白内障超声乳化联合Array (AMO)多焦点人工晶状体植入的70岁以上患者25例(45只眼),检查裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力、最佳矫正近视力时的调节幅度及调节近点,并进行生活质量问卷调查.结果 随访时间为3.5~5.0年,裸眼远视力(UCDVA)为0.74±0.19,最佳矫正远视力(BCDVA)为0.88±0.14,裸眼近视力(UCNVA)为0.46±0.12,最佳矫正近视力(BCNVA)为0.77±0.23,调节幅度为(1.78±0.81)D,调节近点为(12.38±5.83)cm.后发性白内障(PCO)发生率为28.89%,无PCO眼的调节幅度较PCO眼大,无PCO眼的调节近点较PCO眼小,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 Array SA-40NBTM多焦点人工晶体在70岁以上人群中能提供稳定优良的远期视力和良好的调节幅度. Objective To evaluate the long-term curative effect of Array multifocal intraocular lens in patients elder than 70 years after phacoemulsification. Methods Twenty-five consecutive patients (45 eyes) elder than 70 years with cataract, seen between February 2004 and December 2005 after the phacoemulsification with Array (AMO) IOL implantation were included. Patients were examined uncorrected distant visual acuity (UCDVA), best corrected distant visual acuity (BCDVA), uncorrected near visual acuity (UCNVA), best corrected near visual acuity (BCNVA), accommodation amplitude and near point of accommodation (AN) in the BCNVA. Quality of life was observed by questionnaire. Results The follow-up time was 3.5 years to 5.0 years postoperatively. The mean UCDVA was 0.74±0.19, BCDVA was 0.88±0.14, UCNVA was 0.46±0.12 and BCNVA was 0.77±0.23. The mean accommodation amplitude was 1.78±0.81 diopters (D) and AN was 12.38±5.83cm. The incidence rate of posterior capsule opacification (PCO) was 28.89%. The mean of accommodation amplitude of no-PCO eyes was larger than that of PCO eyes (P 〈0.05) and the mean of AN of no-PCO eyes was less than that of PCO eyes (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Array SA-40NBTM provide excellent visual sight equability and nice accommodation amplitude for a long term in patients elder than 70 years.
