玻璃体切割术后早期皮质性白内障三例 被引量：1

摘要 近年来,玻璃体切割术（PPV）已经成为治疗眼底疾病的主要方法.晶体混浊是PPV术后常见的并发症之一.既往的研究认为,晶状体核硬化（NS）和后囊下混浊与PPV有关,而前囊下与皮质型晶状体混浊与玻璃体切割术无明显关系.本文报道了本科室发生的三例PPV术后早期皮质性白内障,结合其发病特点,分析PPV术后晶状体皮质混浊的原因,以期减少此并发症的发生,提高手术成功率.
