常见儿童门静脉畸形的诊治现状 被引量：6

摘要 儿童门静脉畸形为一种临床少见病,类型多样,临床表现不一,存在多种伴发畸形.目前文献报道的类型根据解剖学可分为13种：肝动脉-门静脉瘘,先天性门静脉缺如,门静脉海绵样变,门静脉-肝静脉瘘,门静脉闭锁,门静脉狭窄,门静脉囊状扩张,肝外分离双门静脉,肝内双门静脉,肝内双矢状部,门静脉左、右干反位,门静脉无分叉变异,十二指肠前门静脉;根据有无门体分流可分为门体分流型门静脉畸形及无门体分流型门静脉畸形;根据病因可分为先天性和获得性：获得性门静脉畸形指由于炎症、肿瘤、外伤等导致正常门脉系统结构被破坏所致;先天性门静脉畸形则是由于门脉系统胚胎发育异常所致,多于儿童期出现症状.各类型均未形成标准化的治疗方案,主要治疗方式包括手术和介入治疗.本文对常见儿童门静脉畸形的诊治现状做一综述.
