骨肉瘤肺转移相关基因的最新研究进展 被引量：7

摘要 骨肉瘤是源于间叶组织以能产生骨样组织的梭形基质细胞为特征的恶性肿瘤,占原发性骨的恶性肿瘤的首位.随着手术、放疗以及化疗水平的提高,骨肉瘤患者的5年生存率已明显提高,但仍有大部分患者死于肺转移.骨肉瘤的肺转移涉及一系列过程,包括肿瘤细胞从原发瘤成功地进入循环系统、在循环系统的存活、定居转移灶、浸润周围的组织、转移灶肿瘤血管的生成、肿瘤的生长等[1].
