摘要
腹膜复发转移是进展期胃癌根治术后复发的主要形式，成为影响胃癌疗效的关键问题。胃癌腹膜播散转移的形成是一个多因素参与、多阶段的复杂病理生理过程，其中对腹膜亚临床转移的早期预测与及时阻断尤为重要。目前针对腹膜亚临床转移的主要干预手段是腹腔化疗等，但就腹腔化疗的给药时机、药物选择、给药方式等仍还有许多值得探讨的问题，本文重点探讨腹腔化疗的给药时机选择。
