摘要
1980年1月至1988年12月,我院共收治初诊成人急性白血病242例,其中6例(2.5％)诊断为急性双克隆混合性白血病。本文对该6例急性白血病患者的临床作了系统分析,并就其诊断标准,诊断与鉴别诊断等作了讨论。
According to the FAB group diagnostic standard of acute leukemia, 242 patients were admitted to our hospital from January 1988 to December 1989. They were firstly diagnosed as adult acute leukemia. However, biclonal lymphomyelo (mononuclear)-cytic mixed leukemia was identified in 6 patients. Their detailed clinical manifestations are systematically analysed, and the diagnostic standard of biclonal mixed leukemia, diagnosis and differential diagnosis are discussed.
