塞来昔布对直结肠腺瘤样息肉端粒酶活性的影响 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨特异性COX-2选择性抑制剂-塞来昔布对结直肠腺瘤样息肉端粒酶活性的影响,为结直肠癌化学预防奠定基础。方法选取经肠镜及病理证实为结直肠腺瘤样息肉、且息肉直径在0.5cm以上的患者30例,给予口服塞来昔布,每天400mg,疗程为一个月。采用PCR-ELISA试剂盒检测息肉组织中端粒酶的活性,比较其用药前后的变化。结果腺瘤样息肉组织中端粒酶的活性在给予塞来昔布前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论特异性COX-2选择性抑制剂塞来昔布可以抑制癌前病变的发展。
