Augmentation mammoplasty by tumescent anesthesia in the retropectoralis muscle space

介绍隆乳术局麻新方法。应用０．０８％以下浓度的利多卡因麻药混合液对胸大肌后间隙的”隆乳平面”进行肿胀局麻，５４例均获得较理想的麻醉效果。指出与隆乳手术剥离层次无关的组织不予麻醉，单纯对胸大肌后间隙进行肿胀局麻是隆乳术有效的局麻方法。

To introduce a new approach of local anesthesia for augmentation mammoplasty. We performed augmentation mammoplasty by means of tumescent anesthesia technique in the retropectoralis muscle space using a mixed anesthetic solution containing less than 0.08% concentration lidocaine in 54 cases, all were satisfactory. The paper showed that the technique of tumescent anesthesia in the retropectoralis muscle space was an effective local anesthesia method for augmentation mammoplasty without anesthetizing any tissue beyond the operating fields.
