Liposuction with local anesthesia in outpatient: report of 89 cases

为探索简单、安全、可靠的麻醉方法和完美的手术效果。选择合适的门诊病人，在改良的局部肿胀麻醉方法下，进行常规脂肪抽吸术。结果：均取得满意手术效果，无严重并发症发生。结论：１．本文介绍的局部肿胀麻醉方法是一种简便、安全、有效的麻醉方法；２．恰当掌握手术适应证，限制抽吸部位和抽吸量，选择肿胀局麻技术、注意抽吸技巧和术中、术后的塑形及护理等是降低手术并发症，取得更好手术效果的保证。

To explore a simple, safe and reliable anesthetic method, and to obtain a perfect operation result. Liposuction was performed on suitable outpatients with a modified tumescent local anesthetic procedure. Result: The results of all the cases were satisfactory. No serious complecations were found. Conclusion: 1.The modified tumescent local anesthetic method presented in this paper is a simple, safe and efficient procedure. 2. Mastering indication of liposuction well, restricting the area and quantity of suction, and paying attention to the suction skills such as intra-and post-operation moulding and nursing are key factors in reducing complications and getting perfect results.
