摘要
改善摇枕、侧架原下芯工艺采用手动小吊加人工辅助操作,消除了下芯工序易产生砂芯与砂型的磕碰,使铸件的内、外表面产生砂眼类缺陷,同时易导致铸件壁厚不均一的问题。生产的铸件符合图样和相关技术要求,提高了铸件尺寸精度和表面质量。
Under the old core setting process practice of Bolster & Side Frame, manual crane and hand operation is adopted, which will cause the knock between sand core and sand mould to result in voids of the castings, meanwhile, lead to the unevenly thickened walls of castings. After the automatic integral core setting practice is adopted, the process of core setting is steady, accurate and fluent. The castings produced can meet the requirements of both the pattern and related technical specifications.
