电磁搅拌下Cr钢柱状晶向等轴晶转变准则(一) 被引量:1

摘要 在枝晶破碎理论基础上,分析了电磁搅拌强度及合金元素铬含量对钢凝固组织的影响。对柱状晶向等轴晶转变(CET)的准则进行讨论。得到线性电磁搅拌下的铬钢铸坯表面到中心的距离与晶粒大小、二次枝晶、冷却速度的关系。得到等轴晶比率和铬含量关系,发现本实验范围高Cr含量对等轴晶比率影响明显。 Based on the dendrite fragmentation theory by T. Campanella et al, the effects of linear EMS intensity and Or content on dendrite fragmentation consequently results in the columnar-toequiaxed transition (CET) of Or steel were studied. The conclusions are as follows: Relation between grain size, secondary arm spacing, cooling rate and distance from surface to center of the ingot is obtained. Relation between ratio of equiaxed zone and Or content is also obtained and it is found that high Or content increase in this study have obvious effect on ratio of equiaxed zone.
