摘要
通过SEM、TEM和其它性能检测手段研究了不同脱氧工艺对含钛低碳微合金钢组织及性能的影响.结果表明,采取Al先预脱氧→C、Si、Mn、Nb等预脱氧→Ti终脱氧的脱氧工艺,钢中产生了大量的尺寸在0.3~1.0μm的含Ti复合夹杂物.这些细小的夹杂物能够诱导针状铁素体的形成,细化了组织,提高了性能.
The effect of different deoxidization technologies on the microstructure and properties of low carbon micro alloyed Ti containing steel was studied by means of TEM, SEM and properties test. The results showed that under the technology of deoxidization by first with AI before C, Si, Mn and Nb addition and finally deoxidization by Ti, lots of complex inclusions contained Ti within the size about 0.3- 1 μm are formed in steel. These inclusions could induce the nucleation of acicular ferrites which refine the microstructure and improved the properties of steel.
