摘要
综述了挤压成型,颗粒堆积成孔,添加造孔剂,发泡工艺,溶胶-凝胶工艺,冷冻干燥工艺,多孔陶瓷水热-热静压工艺等7种多孔陶瓷材料的制备方法。指出工业上多孔陶瓷重要应用是作高温高压含尘气流过滤器和作为熔融金属过滤器,如铸造业中应用的泡沫陶瓷过滤器,以及其他重要应用领域。提出进后多孔陶瓷的发展方向主要集中在对多孔材料孔结构控制基础研究,通过现代科技手段,先进检测设备,定量、可靠、系统地描述材料孔结构及基本特性,建立宏观性能与孔结构参数之间的关系。

The point of industrial porous ceramics important applications of high temperature and pressure containing background air filters and as a molten metal filters, such as the use of foam ceramic filters about casting, as well as other important areas of application. In the direction of development of the porous ceramic focused primarily on porous holes material how to control structure, through the modern science and technology, advanced equipment, rations, reliable, systematic description hole structural materials and basic character and to establish macroeconornic performance and holes in the relations between structural parameters.
