克拉霉素治疗强直性脊柱炎初探 被引量:4

摘要 早先报道与强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)有关的病原菌包括肺炎克雷伯杆菌、沙门菌、耶尔森菌等,但仍存在争论。近年来发现衣原体或支原体感染是一些与人类自细胞抗原(HLA)-B27相关的关节炎的诱发因素,如反应性关节炎、未分化脊柱关节病等。最近我们发现65%的AS患者存在肺炎支原体感染,91%的患者存在抗肺炎衣原体抗体IgA或IgM。
