甲泼尼龙联合霉酚酸对人系膜细胞增殖的影响

摘要 在肾小球疾病中,多数为机体免疫功能异常所致的系膜(MC)增生。系膜细胞增殖的直接结果是分泌多种炎症介质,以及细胞外蔡质(ECM)蛋白的过度合成,最终导致炎症性疾病以及肾小球硬化。霉酚酸酯(MMF),其活性代谢产物为霉酚酸是一种新型的免疫抑制剂,目前已被用于自身免疫病以及原发性肾病综合征的治疗。
