麻疹疫苗接种后系统性红斑狼疮发病二例

摘要 例1：女，15岁。接种麻疹疫苗当天出现左下肢麻木不适，次日麻木不适感消失，4d后出现耳部冻疮样皮疹、手指足趾红斑，1个月后出现面部蝶形红斑、脱发，无发热、口腔溃疡、关节肿痛。实验室检查：血常规：门细胞计数1．75×10^9／L，血红蛋白96．5g／L，血小板计数52×10^9／L；尿常规：潜血（＋＋＋），尿蛋白（＋＋＋＋）；红细胞沉降率（ESR）71mm／1h；肝功能：丙氨酸转氩酶（ALT）63U／L，
