The effects of male reproductive toxicity in rats exposed to di 2 ethyl hexyl phthalate

邻苯二甲酸二－２－乙基乙酯（ＤＥＨＰ）染毒期间，大鼠睾丸和附睾严重萎缩；附睾尾精子数量显著减少，精子死亡率和畸形率明显增高；血清和睾丸内睾酮明显下降；睾丸乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）和葡萄糖－６－磷酸脱氢酶（Ｇ６ＰＤＨ）活性显著升高；存在剂量－反应和时间－效应关系。恢复期，除Ｇ６ＰＤＨ外，其它观察指标均恢复到对照组水平。

Male rats were orally administered di 2 ethyl hexyl phthalate DEHP at 0 2,1 0 and 5 0g·kg -1 ·d -1 for 1,2,3,and 4 week and recovered 2 week after exposure for 4week.The results showed that DEHP produced marked significant epidiolymal and testicular atrophy together with increase of spermatic mortality and the ratio of spermtozoa deformity and spermacrasia and the concentrations of testosterone in the testes and serum were significantly decreased.The activeties of lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) in the testes were significantly increased at 5 0g·kg -1 group and glucose 6 phosphate dehyrogenase (G6PDH) in testes at 0 2,1 0 and 5 0g·kg -1 exposure groups for 2,3,4week,respectively.In addition,these male repoductive effects were unchanged between the exposure and the control groups during 2 week recovery after DEHP exposure for 4week. \ \
