The synergy between corporate culture and strategies is one of the important contents on the synergic management inside an enterprise. Based on analyzing the importance, mutual relations and contradictions of synergic management between corporate culture and strategies, the paper primarily discusses the realization of the synergy. Synergic management between the two is to reach the fundamental accordance, in which culture supports realizing strategy, for which enterprises can change culture or strategies according to specific situations.
