压电自适应微细电火花加工电极损耗率实验研究

摘要 针对电火花加工技术的特点,开发、研制了新型的压电自适应微细电火花加工装置,分析了该装置的加工原理。该装置有别于常规的微型电火花加工装置,可实现放电间隙与放电状态的自适应调节,促进排屑,能有效控制提弧及短路现象的出现,并能实现短路自消除,从而大幅度提高加工效率。通过大量实验,分析了各参数对电极相对损耗率的影响。实验结果表明:电极相对损耗率随开路电压和电容值的增大而增大,限流电阻R_1和R_2对电极相对损耗率有一定的影响。 According to the characteristics of micro EDM, a new piezoelectric adaptive electrical discharge machining has been developed, and its working mechanism and characteristics have been analyzed in this paper. This machining method, different from others, can realized the self-tuning regulator between discharging clearance and discharging conditions, facilitate removing the chippings, release arcing and shorting and can eliminate the shorting by itself, thus the machining efficiency can be improved drastically. Many experiments have been done and the effects of parameters on electrode wear ratio have been analyzed in this paper. Experimental results indicate that electrode wear ratio (EWR) increases with the increase of open voltage and capacitance, while resistance R1 and R2 has subtle effect on EWR.
