摘要
节水型社会建设评价对区域可持续发展起到重要的支撑作用.结合典型城市的特点,从综合考核指标、各产业及居民生活用水指标、水生态与环境目标3个方面建立了包括18项指标在内的典型城市节水型社会建设评价体系.基于集对分析原理,构建了典型城市节水型社会建设规划评价模型.结果表明:在各项措施保障实施的情况下,该市2010年将初步建立节水型社会,2015年基本建成节水型社会,2020年将全面建成与小康社会相适应的节水型社会.
Evaluation on water-saving society construction has played an important supporting role in regional sustainable development.Combining with the characteristics of a typical city,from the comprehensive evaluation indexes,the industries and residents water indicators,water ecology and environmental objectives in three aspects,the water-saving society evaluation system of this city including 18 indicators was established.Based on set pair analysis theory,a city water-saving society construction planing evaluation model typical city is built.The results show that： in the condition of safeguard measures implemented,a typical city will be established water-saving society preliminary in 2010,and will be basically completed in 2015,by 2020,the watersaving society adapted to well-off society will be fully completed.
