摘要 配电线路发生故障时,及时准确的故障点定位对于保障电力系统的安全可靠性至关重要.利用基于时间中点的双端行波故障测距算法,解决了传统双端行波测距不适于波速不连续的架空-电缆混合配电线路的问题,实现了架空-电缆混合配电线路的故障定位. When distribution line is failure,time-accurate locating fault is essential to protect the safety and reliability of power systems.The two-terminal wave traveling wave fault location algorithm based on the time mid-point solves the problem of velocity disconitinuity in Lines Consisting of Cables and overhead transmission to achieve the fault location,which the traditional traveling wave fault location is not suitable.
