摘要
介绍了基于VP技术NGW型行星减速器的虚拟设计方法,探讨了其虚拟原型的功能要求.采用UG建立了NGW型行星减速器的几何模型,运用ADAMS建立了其虚拟样机模型.运动学仿真表明:仿真结果与理论计算结果之间误差小于1%,从而验证了虚拟设计方法在减速器设计中应用的可行性和有效性,为减速器的性能分析、评价及进一步优化提供了定量化参考依据.
A method of virtual design for NGW type planetary reducer based on VP was introduced,and the functional requirement of virtual prototype was discussed.The geometrical model has built by using UG software,and the virtual prototype model was built by using ADAMS.Motion simulation shows that the error between simulation results and theoretical values is loss than 1%,which indicates the feasibility and practicability of virtual design for NGW type planetary reducer.This can provide a quantitative basis for property analysis,evaluation and next optimization of NGW type planetary reducer.
