刍议返乡农民工创业的主要“瓶颈”及相应对策思路

A Study of the Major "Bottlenecks" in Establishing Businesses by Returned Migrant Workers and the Resolutions

由于政策支持力度小、融资难等诸多"瓶颈"的制约,返乡农民工创业的路子并不太顺。为此,应不断优化创业环境、健全农村金融服务体制、逐步完善创业培训机制等,一方面吸引更多的外出农民工返乡创业,另一方面助推返乡农民工创办的企业进一步做强做大。

Due to the limitation of inadequate policy support,financing difficulties,and other＂bottlenecks＂,their road of establishing businesses is not smooth.In order to accomplish it,the environment for establishing businesses should continue to be improved,and financial service system should be enhanced in rural areas,and the mechanism of entrepreneurship training should be gradually perfected,so that more migrant workers would like to return home to start businesses and the businessess started by them would be given impetus to grow bigger and stronger.
