摘要
目的了解谷胱甘肽(GSH)对感染后组织器官损伤的保护作用。方法将家兔分为实验组和对照组。实验组预先肌肉注射GSH保护;对照组分为对照1组,未做手术正常对照;对照2组为手术感染组;对照3组为假手术组。实验组和感染对照组在腹腔通过手术造成感染。分别测定各组家兔的肝肾功能,心肝肾各组织中GSH含量和红细胞膜流基含量及Na+-K+-ATP酶活性。结果用外源性GSH保护组与感染组对照比较,肝肾功能损害较轻;红细胞膜巯基含量和钠钾ATP酶活性增加。结论外源性GSH对感染引起的器官损伤有保护作用。
Objective We investigated the effects of external glutathione (GSH) in plxitection against infection organs. Methods We separrated rabbits into comparative groups and experimental one. The experimental group was protected with muscles injection of GSH before operation, Compare one, which was not operated, served as normal compdrison. dripariam two was infected with intraperitoneal operation. Campare three was intraperitoneally operated without infectioll. The experimental group was infected with intraperitoneal operation like comparison two. We respectively determined the activity of glutamic pyruvic transarminase and the quantities of urea and creatinine in serum in ever group. At same time. We analysted the GSH contents of heart, liver and kidney in every group, as well as SH contents and Na-K ATPase activity in each group. Results Comparing with comparison two, the experimental group had light functional impairment of liver and kidney; -SH contents and Na-KATPase activity in the experimental group were higher than ones in comparison two. Conclusions Exeternal glutathione plays a role on the protection against Organ injury after infection.
