尿激酶心包腔灌注预防术后心包粘连的实验观察

Experimental study on the prevention of postoperative pericardial adhesion with urokinase

目的观察心包腔内灌注尿激酶（Urokinase,UK）对术后心包粘连的影响，并对其机理进行部分探讨。方法建立兔心包粘连模型，治疗组心包腔内注入UK，对照组心包腔内注入生理盐水。20d后，观察心包粘连及超微结构变化。结果治疗组与对照组比较，心包粘连发生率低（P＜0.01），程度较（P＜0．01）；超微结构显示：治疗组心包间皮细胞较为完整，而对照组心包表面未见间皮细胞；UK用药前后凝血酶原时间和凝血时间无明显变化（P＞0．05，P＞0．5）。结论心包腔内UK灌注能预防兔术后心包粘连。

Objective To observe the therapy effect in postoperative pericardial adhesion with urokinase.Methods Punduring myocardium surface and causing the blood into pericardial cavity in 36 rabbits.Then, injecting urokinase (1000U/kg) into the pericardial cavity in 18 rabbits as group I. Injecting N.S into pericardial cavity in others as control. After 20 days, the pericardial tissue were observed histopathology. Results In group 1, the incidence and degree of pericardial adhesion were reduced (P<0.01, P<0. 01), the pericardial endothelial cells are complete. There were no change of plasma prothrombin time and clothing time to compare of those before treatment and after treatment (P >0.05,P > 0. 5), Conclusions Injecting urokinase into pericardial cavity will prevent postoperative pericardial adhesion in rabbits.
