摘要
一氧化氮广泛存在于各种细胞和组织中，具有减少血小板聚集、抑制嗜中性白细胞粘附和调节心肌收缩功能的作用。本文拟对一氧化氮的生化、病理生理及其在心血管系统中的作用作一综述。
Nitric oxide (NO) is found in a variety of cell types and organ systems.It has been discovered that NO can play an important role in the maintance of vascular permeability through its attenuation of platelet and polymorphonuclear neutrophils. In this review, the recent investigation of biology,pathophysiology and the activities of NO in cardiovascular system were discussed.
