摘要
按化学结构将氟喹喏酮类药物分为双环、三环和四环等三种类型,分别评述近年来在其环系上各位点进行取代与修饰改造以及对新颖环系(例如2吡啶酮类药物)的设计与开发。进一步阐明了氟喹诺酮类抗菌剂的化学结构与其活性、理化性质、药代动力学及毒副作用之间的关系。
Based on their chemical structrue, fluoroquinolone antibacterial agents can be classified into three groups: bicyclic, tricyclic and tetracyclic derivatives. This article summarized the extensive modification of fluoroquinolone's ring substituents and development of novel ring system such as 2pyridones class in recent years. The relationship between fluoroquinolone's chemical structure and antibacterial activity, its pharmacokinetics, physicochemical properties as well as toxcity and adverse events were also disclosed.
