复方莪辛汤治疗血管性头痛临床观察

Clinical Research of Complex Decoction of Zedoaria and Asiasarum on Vascular Headache

目的：评价复方莪辛汤治疗血管性头痛的临床疗效。方法：采用随机对照研究方法，将120例头风患者随机分为两组。治疗组60例给予复方莪辛汤，每次150mL，每日3次，每次1袋温服，采用卯、午、酉时服药；对照组60例用镇脑宁胶囊，每次3粒，每日3次口服。两组均治疗20天。结果：疾病临床积分疗效，治疗组恢复21例，显效26例，有效9例，无效4例，总有效率93．33％（95％CI=83．50％～99．36％）；对照组恢复15例，显效20例，有效11例，无效14例，总有效率76．67％（95％CI＝68．28％～88．44％）；两组综合疗效比较（u=2．1934，P=0．0285），差异有显著性意义；证候疗效，治疗组痊愈24例，显效24例，有效8例，无效4例，总有效率为93．33％（95％CI=83．50％－99．36％；对照组痊愈14例，显效22例，有效8列，无效16例，总有效率为73．33％（95％CI=62．14％～84．52％）；两组综合疗效比较（u=2．6563，P=0．0090），差异有显著性意义。结论：复方莪辛汤治疗血管性头痛的临床积分疗效优于镇脑宁胶囊，其收益为OR=0．23（95％CI=0．07～0．76），NNT=6（95％CI＝3．4～25．8）；其证候收益为OR=0．20（95％CI=0．06—0．63），NNT=5（95％CI=3．0～15．0）。

Objective ： To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Complex Decoction of Zedoaria and Asiasarum on vascular headache. Method： 120 cases with head-wind syndrome were divided into two ＇groups randomly. 60 cases in treatment group were treated with Complex Decoction of Zedoaria and Asiasarum, 150ml each time and three times a day respectively in 4th, 7th and 10th earthly branch. And the other 60 ones in control group were treated with Zheng-nao-ning Capsule, three capsules each time and three times a day. One course of treatment included 20 days. Result： On disease curative effect, in treatment group 21 cases were recovered, 26 ones excellent, 9 ones effective and 4 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 93.33% （ 95% CI = 83.50% - 99.36% ）. And in control group 15 cases were recovered, 20 ones excellent, 11 ones effective and 14 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 76.67% （95% CI =68.28% -88.44% ）. There was significant difference between the two groups （u = 2. 193 4, P = 0. 028 5 ）. On syndrome curative effect, in treatment group 24 cases were recovered, 24 ones excellent, 8 ones effective and 4 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 93.33% （95% CI = 83.50% -99.36% ）. And in control group 14 cases were recovered, 22 ones excellent, 8 ones effective and 16 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 73.33% （95% CI =62. 14% - 84. 52% ）. There was significant difference between the two groups （ u = 2. 656 3, P = 0. 009 0）. Conclusion ： The curative effect of Complex Decoction of Zedoaria and Asiasarum is better than that of Zheng-nao-ning Capsule on vascular headache, OR =0.23 （95%CI=0.07-0.76）, NNT=6 （95%CI=3.4-25.8）. About syndrome, OR=0.20 （95%CI= 0.06-0.63）, NNT=5 （95%CI=3.0-15.0）.
