摘要
报道胃疡平胶囊溶出度实验研究 :以丹皮酚最大吸收波长 2 74 nm为测定波长 ,测试样品 T50 为1 6min及 Td 为 2 7min,4 5 min溶出量大于 70 %。
The method for the dissolution test of Weiyangping capsules was developed by measuring the main ingredient, paeonol, at 274 nm. The results showed that the dissolution spent 16 min as a half of paeonol in the capsules was dissoluted, and 27 min when 63 5% of paeonal in the capsules dissoluted. And the dissolution rate was more 70% at 45 min.
