心理干预对中学生糖尿病患者的影响

摘要 目的:探讨心理因素对中学生糖尿病患者的影响。方法:将67名中学生糖尿病患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对实验组进行心理干预,利用HAM观察焦虑水平变化,计算胰岛素用量。结果:干预后实验组患者焦虑水平下降,胰岛素需要量明显减少,而对照组无明显改变。结论:心理因素对中学生糖尿病的发展有重要作用,在给予内科治疗的同时,还必须进行心理干预。 objective: To study the effect of psychological interference on the development of diabetes among middle school students. Methods: Sixty-seven patients were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group. Psychological interventions were performed in the experiment group. Before and ther treatment, the level of anxiety was estimated by using HAMA and dosage of insulin was calculated. Results: Psychological interventions caused significant reduction in the level of anxiety and in dosage of insulin in the experiment group. Conclusions:The psychological facters are important in the pathogeny and development of diabetes among middle school students, thus, psychaological intervention might be of value to patients in the treatment of diabetes mellitus.
