摘要 在简要介绍传统液压系统压力测试方法的基础上,指出基于超声波的液压系统压力测试技术具有巨大的应用价值,重点介绍了该方法在国内的研究现状,并指出该方法还处在研究阶段,有着巨大的发展潜力。归纳了基于超声波液压系统压力测试的主要方法,包括声速测量法、衰减测量法和互相关法,系统阐述了它们的测量原理和计算方法,并对各种方法的特点、缺陷和适用范围进行了讨论,最后对有待进一步研究的问题和发展趋势进行了展望。 After the brief introduction on the conventional detection technique of pressure for hydraulic system,the appli-cation merits on ultrasonic detection technique of pressure for hydraulic system were put forwarded.The inland state-of-arts was mainly introduced,and the exordium and growth potential were pointed out.The methods on ultrasonic detection tech-nique of pressure for hydraulic system including velocity difference method,acoustic attenuation measurement and cross-cor-relation method were summed up.The measurement principles and methods of calculation were systemically expatiated,and the specialties,limitations and areas of application were discussed.Finally further problem to be studied and the development trends were pointed out.
