大型干式变压器中VPI工艺问题分析

摘要 某企业大型干式变压器在真空加压浸漆中出现以下问题:浸漆结构件检测出电镀不符合要求;真空度和压力值初调高于VPI工艺要求值;生产中硅钢片的冲切油混入树脂;局部结构出现树脂不能完全固化;铁芯及夹件表面质量达不到要求;浸漆后线圈表面质量有待改善等。本文针对上述质量问题进行了分析并提出了相应的解决方案。 One company met the quality issues of large dry transformer during the vacuum pressure impregnation process.The first is the steel fabrication parts have Zn-plating failure when inspected.The second is the vacuum and pressure out of the initial process value.The third one is mixing the punch oil of grain oriented steel to varnish.The forth is the resin can not be curing in partial location.The fifth is the bad appearance in the steel fabrication and core.The last is to improve the surface quality of coil after VPI.This article analyzes the quality problem and provides the solution focusing on the men-tioned quality issues.
