摘要
用真空高频感应炉熔炼出0Cr18Ni9型含铜不锈钢样品,经1 050℃的固熔,850℃时效热处理后不锈钢抗菌相析出。利用光学显微镜对样品组织进行研究,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及能谱仪(EDS)对抗菌相形状、大小及成分进行了研究。含铜不锈钢热处理后的抗菌率可达到99.9%,在硝酸溶液中测得样品耐腐蚀性随着Cu含量增加而略有下降。
The 0Cr18Ni9stamp copper-bearing stainless steel sample was melt by the vacuum high frequency induction furnace,and anti-bacterial stainless steel phase during solution heat treatment at 1 050℃and aging heat treatment at 850℃ was precipitated.Research the structure of sample by optics microscope,and the shapes,sizes and component of anti-bacterial by SEM and EDS.The anti-bacterial efficiency of copper-bearing stainless steel was 99.9%during heat treatment,and the corrosion resistance declined in nitric acid solution with the increasing of Cu content.
