摘要
按硫醚基团在喹唑啉环上的不同取代位置进行分类,综述了近几年来含硫醚基喹唑啉化合物在抗癌、抑菌、抗病毒等生物活性方面的研究进展。
Research progress on bioactivity of quinazoline derivatives containing thioether moiety was summarized,according to the substitution position of thioether moiety.These compounds showed broad spectra of biological activities such as anticancer,antimicrobial,antivirus,etc.
