摘要
以1,3-环己二酮和N-甲基己内酰胺为起始原料,经醚化、缩合、氧化脱氢、乙基化和还原反应5步合成了强效镇痛药美普他酚,并对美普他酚的合成进行了研究,合成总收率39.2%。
Meptazinol,a powerful analgesic,was produced from 1,3-cyclohexanedione and N-methylcaprolactam via etherification,condensation,oxidative dehydrogenation,ethylation and reduction.Under optimum conditions the title compound was obtained in an overall yield of 39.2%.
