Synthesis of 3,5-Dihydroxy Benzonitrile

摘要 以3,5-二羟基苯甲酸为原料,乙酸酐、氨水、二氯亚砜作为试剂,经4步反应合成了3,5-二羟基苯腈,总收率66%。 3,5-Dihydroxy benzonitrile,a versatile intermediate for the synthesis of bioactive compounds,was synthesized in four steps in an overall yield of 66% starting from 3,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid.The other reagents used included acetic anhydride,ammonia and thionyl chloride.
