台山EPR核电站核岛安装工程小管预制自动焊应用技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 台山核电站是我国首个采用法国第三代EPR技术的项目。首先对小管的自身特点、工程量、接头形式以及工期要求做了详细分析,并与CPR1000核电项目进行了简单对比,认为小管预制存在着工作量大、工期要求紧等困难,并提出采用自动焊技术给予解决的方案。从焊接方法、焊接设备、焊接材料、辅助设备四个方面对自动焊技术方案进行了介绍,并通过工艺分析、焊接质量、焊接效率、焊接操作工培训和成本五个方面对其可行性进行了验证,同时也指出了采用自动焊的风险及预控措施。实际应用证明,自动焊技术在台山EPR核电项目的应用是有积极意义的。 Taishan nuclear power plant is the first plant which using the France third generation EPR technology.Firstly,this article makes a brief analysis about tubule with characters,project amount,weld joints and time limit,and makes a compare with CPR1000 technology and find out that the tubule prefabrication work has difficulties such as high project amount and less time limit,meanwhile,we suggest using automatic welding technology to solve these difficulties.Secondly,this article introduces the plan through welding process,welding machine,filler materials,assistant equipments,and makes a proof about this plan through procedure analysis,welding quality,welding efficiency,operator training difficulty and cost analysis.Meanwhile,this article analyses the risk of automatic welding and gives the pre-control measures.Lastly,this article points out that automatic welding will have good futures in Taishan EPR nuclear power plant.
