摘要
介绍了火力发电机组材料的发展、焊接技术的发展特点、焊接质量控制三部分内容。材料发展部分包括普通碳素钢、低合金热强钢、9Cr1Mo钢、T91/P91钢、T92/P92钢、新型奥氏体耐热钢等6个阶段;技术发展特点包括有5个特点:焊接工作量也不断增大,焊接管理逐步走向专业化管理的模式;新的钢材层出不穷,随着发电机组规模压力增大、温度提高,各种新钢种应运而生;焊接质量更注重过程控制;新设备、新工艺层出不穷;焊接管理更加规范化、制度化。质量控制部分从人员、机具、材料、方法、环境五个方面提出了相应控制措施。
The paper introduces the development of material for the thermal power unit,the development characteristics of welding technology and welding quality control.The part of material development includes six stages,i.e.normal carbon steel,low alloy heat resistant steel,9Cr1Mo steel,T91/P91 steel,T92/P92 steel,new heat-resistant austenitic steel.The technology development consists of five characteristics.Firstly,the amount of welding work increases continuously and welding management steps to professional management mode gradually.Secondly,new steel emerges one after another.Along with the increase of the scale,the pressure and the temperature of the generating unit,all kinds of new steel emerge as the times requires.Thirdly,more attention is paid to the welding quality process control.Fourthly,new equipment and new technology emerge in endlessly.Fifthly,welding management becomes more and more standardized and institutionalized.In the part of quality control,the welding quality control measures are put forward from five aspects,i.e.the personnel,the equipment,the material,the method and the environment.
