火力发电热处理质量的影响因素及控制措施

摘要 热处理质量的好坏直接影响焊缝的力学性能、金相组织和高温持久强度,因此焊缝的热处理质量已经成为工程评优的重要指标之一。结合在火力发电厂安装施工中对热处理质量的控制措施的实践和经验,从人员、设备、物料、方法、环境五个方面对火力发电厂安装时影响热处理质量的因素进行分析,找出了影响热处理质量的根本原因,并在实践和经验的积累上给出了这些影响因素的具体控制措施。 The quality of the heat treatment may influence directly the performance,the metallographic structure and the high temperature stability of the weld seam.The heat treatment quality of the weld seam has become one of the key indicators of an engineering project plant assessment.On the basis of the practical experience of the heat treatment quality control in the process of the thermal power plant construction,and aiming at the problems which emerges easily in the process of the heat treatment of a thermal power plant,the paper construct on analyzes the factors which influence the heat treatment quality in the process of the construction of a thermal power plant from five aspects,i.e.the personnel,the equipment,the material,the method and the environment.It finds out the fundamental cause which influences the heat treatment quality and presents the specific control measures on the basis of the practical experience.
