摘要
为了解决高寒地区冬季火电建设焊接施工中遇到的环境温度过低难题,在现场采用搭设防风取暖棚、环境辅助加热等特殊措施,使焊接区域形成较小、较密闭的空间并提高其内部环境温度,以达到各种钢材对焊接环境温度的要求;热处理时适当增加加热宽度、保温厚度和恒温时间,降低冷却速度;焊后对焊缝进行无损探伤、硬度检测、金相检验及机械性能试验,结果表明焊接质量合格。采用这些特殊措施,使在寒冷的冬季进行焊接也能获得可靠的质量,为工程建设争取到可观的经济效益和宝贵的时间。
Measures for low ambient temperature of weld during winter in the thermal power plants which locat in cold zone,erect windbreakwarming shelter and use auxiliary heater to create a smaller and more insulated space to provide various internal temperature for welding different steels.During heat treatment,properly widen heating belt,increase insulation thickness and constant temperature time and slow cooling speed.After welding,carry out NDT,hardness test,metallographical test and mechanical property test to ensure all weld seams are qualified.The measures can guarantee reliable welding quality even during winter,have considerable economic benefit and precious time for construction.
